Greetings of the day. We are pleased to announce that CTR is hosting International Conference on Information and Automation for Sustainability 2021 (ICIAfS 2021) in association with IEEE Sri Lanka section (Pending IEEE approval), will be held physically in Negombo, Sri Lanka as scheduled from 3rd to 5th May 2021. ICIAFS is known as one of the main venue for academia, researchers, industry and professionals interested in the most advanced and recent contributions to automation, information and communications, sustainability in the region. Specifically, aiming the areas on the design and development of information and communication, robotics and control, and sustainable systems. The conference will include technical forums, tutorial sessions, workshops, and technology/business panel discussions.
We invite academics, students, researchers, industrialists and professionals, and technology enthusiasts who are interested in the most advanced and recent innovations in Automation, Information and Communications, Sustainability, Power and Energy, Signal Processing, Machine learning, and many other related domains. The conference will feature technical and tutorial sessions, workshops, and technology/business panel discussions. In this unique platform of knowledge sharing, we bring much-needed positivity and hope for the education fraternity despite the full of negativity midst of COVID -19.
To make the event even more convenient and accessible for everyone, the mode of participation has been changed to hybrid and hence the international participants can choose to partake either physically or online. For the time being the online mode of the conference is not available for local participants. Nonetheless, it can be changed in the future upon the situation of the country within the next couple of months. You can also meet and interact with well-known IEEE members and industrialists at the event. In order to divert from the traditional nature of academic conferences, this time we are organizing industrial technical sessions within the conference with the support of local and international tech giants in the related fields. This will provide a platform to get to know about the latest trends and requirements of the related industries and will provide opportunities for academic researchers to participate or start joint projects with the tech giants.
